Ebola:
A Conspiratorial Analysis
By Servando Gonzalez
November 13, 2014
I am stating below some apparently unconnected facts. It will
be your job as a reader to find the common thread connecting them.
Fact: In the past forty years, most of American presidents, vice-presidents,
Secretaries of State, National Security Advisors, CIA Directors,
Supreme Court judges, high ranking Pentagon officers, Federal
Reserve Bank and IRS directors are members of the Council on Foreign
Relations (CFR). Most high circulation newspapers, magazines,
TV networks and publishing houses are CFR corporate members. Also,
most influential journalists are CFR members. This verifiable
fact has made many Americans suspect that the CFR is the true
Invisible Government of the United States.
Fact: The CFR is the creation of the Rockefellers and other Wall
Street bankers.
Fact: Many key CFR members believe that population growth is the
greatest threat to planet Earth.
1952. Frederick Osborn (CFR), John D. Rockefeller III (CFR), and
John Foster Dulles (CFR), found the Population Council in New
York with financial assistance of the Rockefeller family. Its
first trustees include Lewis Strauss (CFR), financial adviser
of Laurance Rockefeller (CFR), and Frank W. Notestein (CFR) as
scientific adviser. The Population Council’s principles
hold that population growth is a source of instability, not only
in the Third World, but also in the U.S., and one of its avowed
goals is to “discourage births among the socially handicapped”
in the United States.
1960. April. Foreign Affairs, the CFR’s official organ,
publishes “Purpose and Policy,” an article by Nelson
Rockefeller (CFR), where he warns about the “population
explosion.”
1962. In an address to the UN, Assistant Secretary of State Richard
Gardner (CFR) announces that the U.S. is willing to provide information
and assistance to other governments “about alternative methods
of family planning that are consistent with different economic,
social, cultural and religious circumstances.” David Bell
(CFR), administrator of the federal foreign assistance program,
declares that Gardner’s speech “defines U.S. policy
on population growth.” He pledges $500,000 in U.S. aid to
the CFR-controlled World Health Organization for fertility-control
research.
1965. Senator Ernest Gruening (CFR) holds a long hearing on his
Birth Control Information Bill. Over 100 witnesses, among them
Congressman George H.W. Bush (CFR), offer testimony supporting
the idea that population growth is out of control and must be
stopped.
1966. Secretary of State Dean Rusk (CFR) appoints a Special Assistant
to the Secretary of State for Population Affairs.
1967. The General Assembly of the United Nations establishes a
commission in the U.S., the National Policy Panel headed by John
D. Rockefeller III. The Commission’s publish a report calling
upon the UN to give greater weight to the problem of population
growth.
1967. The General Assembly of the United Nations establishes a
commission in the U.S., the National Policy Panel, headed by John
D. Rockefeller III. The Commission’s publishes a report
calling upon the UN to give greater weight to the problem of population
growth.
1968. July 30. Congressman George H. W. Bush (CFR) comments on
the subject of population control: “The problem of population
growth is skyrocketing. ... Birth control must come swiftly to
stave off the number of future mouths which will feed on an ever-decreasing
proportion of food.”
1968. Robert McNamara is appointed head of the CFR-controlled
World Bank. Claiming that population growth represents a greater
threat to man’s survival than nuclear war, he steers the
World Bank into promoting population control in the Third World
as a requisite to obtain World Bank loans.
1968. CFR member Hugh Moore launches his Campaign to Check the
Population Explosion. The Campaign publishes full-page ads in
New York Times, a CFR corporate member, bearing such headlines
as “Pope denounces birth control as millions starve.”
Signers of the ads include CFR members William Draper, Eugene
Black, Robert McNamara, Winthrop Aldrich, Lammot du Pont Copeland,
Thomas Cabot and David Lilienthal
1969. At the urging of Secretary of State Henry Kissinger (CFR)
and John D. Rockefeller III (CFR), president Richard Nixon (CFR)
calls for the creation of a Commission on Population Growth and
the American Future. Led by congressman George H.W. Bush (CFR),
Congress quickly complies. Rockefeller is appointed to chair the
commission.
1969. July 30. In remarks to the House, representative George
H.W. Bush (CFR) likens the fight against polio to the crusade
to reduce the world’s population, urging the federal government
to step up population control efforts. Other CFR agents, including
Senators Walter Mondale (CFR) and Ernst Gruening (CFR), embrace
the “limits to growth” CFR’s agenda.
1970. John D. Rockefeller III (CFR) is appointed president of
the newly-created National Commission for Population Growth and
America’s Future.
1970. In his first speech as U.S. Ambassador to the UN, George
H.W. Bush (CFR) promotes his position on population and environmental
policy:
The population problem is no longer a private
matter. In a world of nearly 4 billion people, population growth
and how to restrain it are public concerns that command the
attention of national and international leaders. ... It is quite
clear that one of the major challenges of the 1970s will be
to curb the world’s fertility.
1972. CFR agents Dennis and Donella Meadows
publish the Rockefeller sponsored study The Limits to Growth.
According to the Study, the earth is overpopulated, and our only
hope for survival is Zero Population Growth.
1973. In his foreword to the book World Population Crisis: The
U.S. Response, George H.W. Bush writes: “In a word of 4
billion people, population growth and how to restrain it are public
concerns. ... One of the major challenges to the 1970s will be
to curb the world’s fertility.”
1975. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger establishes a policy-planning
group in the U.S. State Department's Office of Population Affairs.
The group prepares the “GLOBAL 2000,” a depopulation
document. Depopulation policy becomes the top priority under the
NSC agenda, Club of Rome and U.S. policymakers and CFR agents
like Gen. Alexander Haig, Cyrus Vance, Ed Muskie and Kissinger.
World Bank President Robert McNamara (CFR) declares that the “population
crisis” is the biggest threat to civilization, and a greater
threat to U.S. national security interests than nuclear annihilation
1975. One of the volumes published under the CFR’s “1980s
Project,” Six Billion People: Demographic Dilemmas and World
Politics, calls for the de-urbanization of the Third World to
curb population growth, concluding that “in a world of rapidly
increasing population it is not possible to curb population growth
without restricting some elements of freedom.”
1981. The Population Crisis Committee, an organization founded
by the Bushes’ (CFR) longtime friend Gen. William Draper
(CFR), argued for increased funding for population reduction in
Third World countries on the following grounds:
“Some 30 developing countries are sources
of oil, minerals, and other natural resources essential to the
US economy and defense, or they occupy important strategic locations.
The population of these countries is doubling every 20-35 years.”
1981. June 30. During an interview, former Undersecretary
of State George Ball (CFR) expresses his opinion on population
control:
“Overpopulation of the Third World is
the single most important strategic issue facing the United
States today, but control over immigrants cannot be separated
from control over our own population. ... The Mexican population
growth is like acid rain pollution; it floats across borders
and can’t be dealt with just in Mexico. Overpopulation
is a form of pollution and we can’t have ourselves destroyed
by this influx.”
1982. March 9. According to World Bank President
Robert McNamara (CFR): “Overpopulation and rapid demographic
growth in Mexico is already today one of the major threats to
the national security of the United States.”
1983. In testimony to Congress, Secretary of State George Schultz
(CFR) asserts that “rampant population growth ... poses
a mayor long-term threat to political stability and our planet’s
resource base.”
1992. Maurice Strong (CFR), Secretary General of the Earth Summit
II, The UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held
in Rio de Janeiro, addresses the gathering, declaring that the
only hope for the planet is the collapse of industrial civilization.
The Conference produces the Biodiversity Treaty and a program
called Agenda 21. According to Agenda 21, population growth is
one of the primary driving forces of environmental degradation.
1992. The Winter issue of Foreign Affairs publishes and article
by Michael S. Teitelbaum titled “The Population Bomb.”
1993. In a commentary published in the Washington Post (a CFR
corporate member), Jessica Matthews (CFR), vice-president of he
World Resources Institute, one of the most influential zero-growth
outfits, says that she has “reasons to be hopeful”
that ex-president George H.W. Bush (CFR) will continue his advocacy
for family planning and population control, adding,
“In the 1960s and 70s, Bush had not only
embraced the use for domestic and international family planning,
he had aggressively sought to be its champion. ... As a member
of the Ways and Means Committee, Rep. Bush shepherded the first
major breakthrough in domestic family planning legislation in
1967. ... On the international front, [Bush] recommended that
the U.S. support the United Nations population fund. ... He
urged in the strongest words, that the U.S. and European countries
make contraceptives available “on a massive scale,”
to all those who want them. In his defining maiden speech as
U.S representative to the UN, Ambassador Bush named population
and environment as top priorities.”
Fact: Some CFR members have openly expressed
their desire to use eugenic measures for population control
1932. General William H. Draper, Jr. (CFR), with ties to the Harriman
(CFR) and Bush (CFR) families, becomes a “supporting member”
of the International Eugenics Congress. Later he joins the Rockefeller
(CFR) and Du Pont (CFR) families in founding the “Population
Crisis Committee,” for promoting eugenics for “population
control.”
1936. The July/August issue of the monthly magazine of the Eugenics
Record Office, and organization founded by W. Averell Harriman
(CFR), and financed with the help of the Rockefellers (CFR), states:
The last 20 years witnessed stupendous forward
movements, one in our United States, and the other in Germany.
The first, in the United States, was the passage of the Immigration
Quota Acts of 1921-24. ... By their enactment a first-class
power wrote into law the concept of desirability of racial homogeneity.
... These acts begin a gigantic eugenicist experiment in population
control. The second was Nazi Germany’s eugenics laws.
1954. The Hugh Moore Fund, created and financed
by businessman Hugh Moore (CFR), publishes a pamphlet entitled
The Population Bomb. It calls for radical population control measures.
Over 2 million copies are printed, and the pamphlet is distributed
in the next 10 years.
1959. President Eisenhower (CFR) appoints population control fanatic
and eugenicist Gen. William Draper (CFR) to chair the President’s
Commission to Study the United States’ Military Assistance
Program. The Commission becomes the first official U.S. government
organization to call for worldwide population reduction. The Commission
produces documents asserting that “population growth is
rapidly becoming a major problem of our age.”
1963. General William H. Draper Jr. (CFR), becomes President Johnson
main advisor on population control issues. Soon after, the Johnson
administration begins financing birth control in underdeveloped
countries through the U.S. Agency for International Development
(USAID).
1963. August. Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara (CFR) commissions
a study by a group of fifteen researchers, which include CFR members
McGeorge Bundy and Dean Rusk, to evaluate the impact on the government
of world peace and to suggest means other than war to keep the
population under control. The Special Study Group, as it was called,
first met in Iron Mountain, an underground nuclear bomb shelter
in Hudson, New York. They met in secrecy over a 2 1/2-year period.
In March 1966, they wrote a secret report called The Report of
the Special Study Group on the Possibility and Desirability of
Peace, more commonly known as the Report From Iron Mountain. Though
the existence of the group was denied, economist John Kenneth
Gailbraith (CFR), later admitted he was part of the study group.
The Report suggests several substitutes for war as a way for population
reduction, including creating environmental hoaxes to keep people
worried about the ecology, the deliberate poisoning of the atmosphere,
introducing “a sophisticated form of slavery,” and
encouraging “blood games” for “social purification.”
1968. Just a few days after Pope Paul VI issues his encyclical
Humana Vitae (On Human Life), in which he excoriates the population-control
movement as an affront to the dignity of man and warned about
the danger of government-forced population control, George H.W.
Bush (CFR) responds with a statement declaring, “I have
decided to give my vigorous support for population control in
both the United States and the world.” He also lashed out
at the Pope, “For those of us who feel so strongly on this
issue, the recent encyclical was most discouraging.”
1971. Following the CFR Conspirators’ orders, CFR agent
Henry Kissinger initiates a U.S. policy of effective control of
the policies of most of the world’s nations in order to
disrupt their economies and reduce their populations.
1972. The Commission on Population Growth and the American Future,
headed by John D. Rockefeller III (CFR), issues its final report.
It assails industrial development and recommends sterilization
laws, government funded abortions and provision of birth control
to teenagers.
1972. A report sponsored by the Rockefellers Brothers Fund is
published in book form under the title The Unfinished Agenda.
The Fund’s board of trustees includes six members of the
Rockefeller family. Chairman of the board Laurance Rockefeller
(CFR) directly contributed in writing one of the chapters.
The book advances the idea that the U.S. and the world should
move in the direction of ending population growth by promoting
contraception, abortion, sterilization, and promoting female employment
to discourage reproduction. The book also argues that the U.S.
should link all foreign aid to efforts by recipient nations to
achieve zero population growth.
1978. Under Club of Rome sponsorship, Cyrus Vance (CFR) writes
Global 2000, a secret plan to reduce world population drastically
by means of war, famine, plagues and diseases, getting rid of
what they call the “useless eaters.” As part of this
plan, the HIV virus is developed from bovine leukemia virus by
the Biological Warfare Center at Fort Detrick, Maryland and injected
into many Africans and others, causing the AIDS epidemic.
1979. October 2. According to Robert McNamara (CFR):
There are only two possible ways in which a
world of 10 billion people can be averted. Either the current
birth rates come down more quickly or current death rates go
up.
There are, of course, many ways in which the death rates can
go up. In a thermonuclear age, war can accomplish it very quickly
and decisively. Famine and disease are nature’s ancient
checks on population growth, and neither one has disappeared
from the scene.
2012. July. Eugenicist Bill Gates (CFR) and
his wife Melinda attend a “family planning” summit
in London to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the First International
Eugenics Congress. The event, co-hosted by the United Kingdom
Department for International Development, includes organizations
such as Planned Parenthood and the UN Populations Fund, as well
as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Fact: The main eugenic solutions for population control preferred
by eugenicists worldwide are abortion, homosexuality, war and
pestilence.
Fact: Under the control of the CFR globalist conspirators, the
U.S. has become an enormous eugenics machine. During the past
30 years, abortion and homosexuality have increased tenfold in
the U.S., and the U.S. is exporting those eugenics measures as
a keystone of its foreign policy. Moreover, since the 1970s the
country has been in a constant state of war, causing tens of thousands
of deaths.
Fact: The U.S. Army has secret labs at Fort Detrick, Maryland,
mostly devoted to the creation of highly contagious, deadly pathogens
for bacteriological warfare, among them the Ebola virus.
Fact: April 24, 1974. National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger
(CFR) wrote National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200),
titled “Implications of World Wide Population Growth for
U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.”
The document delineates a genocidal policy of depopulating much
of the Third World, particularly the African continent, to allow
U.S. transnational corporations, not Africans, exploit the continent’s
natural resources. Among the countries targeted for depopulation
are Pakistan, India, Turkey, Egypt, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines,
Ethiopia, Nigeria, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.
In this memorandum, Kissinger stated, “depopulation should
be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third
World.” He mentioned reasons of national security, and also
because,
“… the U.S. economy will require large and increasing
amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed
countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase
the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes
relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests
of U.S.”
1976. Henry Kissinger (CFR) and the CFR-controlled National Security
Council issue a follow-up document to NSSM 200. Entitled “First
Annual Report on U.S. International Population Policy,”
the document (both documents were kept secret until 1989) identifies
the various religious, political, and cultural impediments toward
promoting population control in the Third World and outlines a
psychological warfare strategy for subverting opposition to eugenic
measures.
Fact: Some people in Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Guinea
believe that they got Ebola after getting vaccines by the Red
Cross, Doctors Without Borders, Samaritan’s Purse and other
Western organizations. In some African countries, the people have
attacked Red Cross workers and told them to get out of the country.
Fact: The Center for Disease Control owns a patent on Ebola: Human
Ebola Virus Species and Compositions and Methods Thereof CA 2741523
A1.
Fact: The Ebola virus has the potential to kill billions of people
in the world, including the U.S.
Fact: Both the Center for Disease Control and the World Health
Organization have violated their own safety protocols involving
the spread of deadly contagious diseases by allowing Ebola patients
to travel out of the contaminated areas.
Fact: The U.S. government has refused to ban flights from countries
where persons infected with the Ebola virus have died.
Fact: The U.S. government has ordered the deployment of National
Guard and reserve forces to Africa to fight Ebola. They will join
the nearly 4,000 regular troops already in the region.
Fact: It has been reported that the U.S. government ordered tens
of thousands plastic containers that can be hermetically sealed.
Many of these containers were stored on open land in Madison,
Georgia. Rumors circulated that they might be used as coffins
in case of epidemic or pandemic emergency.
Conclusion
Let’s suppose, for the sake of argument that only 85 percent
of the information I have mentioned above is accurate. Nevertheless,
reach your own conclusions.
