End of the Bully Nation?
By Servando Gonzalez
Just recently, the city of Carson, California, introduced
an ordinance that would impose criminal penalties for anyone convicted
of bullying school children and young adults. The ordinance would
make it a misdemeanor to cause any Carson residents from kindergarten
through age 25 to “feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated,
threatened, harassed or molested” without necessarily requiring
a threat of physical harm.
But I don’t understand this hypocritical campaign against
bullying when most American role models, in fiction and real life,
are nothing but bullies.
U.S. action movies, novels and video games, as well as their own
government’s actions, at home and abroad, have conditioned
Americans to believe that strong is better than weak, big is better
than small, and violent force is better than peaceful dialogue.
In synthesis: it is good to be a bully, and the biggest bully
of all is the U.S. government itself.
Actually, what children are doing in American schools is learning
from their role models in fiction and real life, to survive in
a country of bullies by becoming bullies themselves. No wonder
football, which is basically a game of bullying, is America’s
preferred sport that some fanatics see as a form of religion.
To most Americans, politics, particularly international politics,
is nothing but a huge football game in which they must be the
winner at all costs. Just recently, John Kerry, acting as U.S.
Secretary of State on behalf of his CFR masters, told the Russians:
“You lost the Cold War. Get over it!” Americans don’t
But war is not a game. Games have rules, and players have to abide
by them. War has no rules. It is a zero-sum game in which the
winner takes all. The problem, however, is that a war between
nuclear powers war may mean that everyone loses.
During the Cold War days, a sign on the door of a conference room
in the State Department read: “In a Nuclear Age, Nations
Must Make War Like Porcupines Make Love—Carefully.”
Apparently, however, both President Kennedy and Soviet premier
Khrushchev independently arrived at a conclusion that went a step
further than the sign’s advice: In a nuclear age, nuclear
powers should not make war at all.
It seems that, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the
end of the Cold War, somebody took down the sign, because the
warmongers in both factions of the Repucratic Party are itching
for a fight. It seems that is has not crossed their narrow minds
that, more likely than not, a military confrontation with Russia
will rapidly escalate into an all-out nuclear exchange. In this
potential conflict, even the winner can become a loser.
Unfortunately, most Russian intercontinental nuclear missiles
are targeted at American cities instead of Wall Street, the Pocantico
Hills in upstate New York, 58 E 68th St. in Manhattan, or the
Patagonia. These are some of the places where the true enemies
of Russia and America will hole up waiting for the Armageddon
they are desperately trying to provoke to get rid of the rest
of us, the “useless eaters” who are consuming the
earth’s natural resources that, by their warped version
of Natural Law, belong to them.
Just a few says ago, I listened to a brainwashed caller to a “conservative”
radio host, who expressed his conviction that a Russian invasion
of the Ukraine would pose a direct threat to the national security
of the United States. Now, just a look at a world map will convince
anybody that the Ukraine is several thousand miles from America’s
borders. So, it beats me how whatever happens in a distant country
so far away from American shores would become a threat to the
national security of the U.S.
Granted, a Russian attack on the Ukraine may be a threat to the
interests of some international banksters, oil magnates and CEOs
of U.S.-based transnational corporations, but their interests
highly differ from the interests of the American people. Actually,
their goal of implementing a system of global slavery, which they
call the New World Order, is diametrically opposed to the interests
of a large majority of Americans.
Undoubtedly, Russia has already become a threat to the dreams
of global domination of the conspirators pushing hard for the
implementation of the final steps of New World Order. Moreover,
it is rapidly becoming a threat to the people who want to turn
America into a communo-fascist gay totalitarian dictatorship.
Seen from this perspective, we should thank the Russian people
for rousting the conspirators from their totalitarian dream and
reminding them of the real world—a world that, despite their
best efforts, they cannot fully control anymore.
For almost two centuries, and particularly after the end of WWII
in 1945, the U.S. has been the uncontested, unopposed world bully
pushing the conspirators New Gay World Order down other peoples’
throats. Some unscrupulous Americans created the most incredible
pretexts to justify wars of aggression against less powerful countries,
and the government and the mainstream press brainwashed the American
people to believe that the wars were justified, because these
countries were a threat to the national security of the United
Because of the trickle-down effect, one way or another, the American
people somehow profited from the exploits of the bully. For example,
400,000 Americans died fighting WWII, 36,500 died in Korea, 58,000
in Vietnam, but their deaths not only contributed to increasing
the fortunes of the American corporations involved in the war,
but the economic expansion of these corporations also brought
jobs and good economic times for most Americans.
However, the transformation of American corporations into multinational
ones dramatically changed the rules of the game. Encouraged and
assisted by the U.S. government under the guise of “free
trade,” these corporations felt no responsibility to keep
American jobs at home and moved their operations abroad. They
found that employing foreigners at extremely low wages was more
profitable than hiring Americans, and we must to keep in mind
that the corporations’ ultimate goal is to maximize their
This explains why, despite innumerable, unending, unnecessary
wars all around the globe since the end of the Vietnam War, they
have not brought economic benefits for the American people. The
American people supply the soldiers to die in defense of the New
World Order, but the oil magnates, Wall Street bankers and stockholders
of transnational corporations are the only ones who are increasing
Despite the fact that Americans pay in blood and money for the
maintenance of the vast U.S. economic empire, it solely benefits
less than 1 percent of the U.S. population. Being the world’s
bully does not seem as attractive to most Americans as it was
thirty years ago.
Nevertheless, back in 1950, National Security Council Report 68
warned that Soviet acquisition of atomic weapons heralded an irreversible
shift in geopolitical momentum in Russia’s favor. International-relations
scholars in American universities and think tanks commonly speak
of this moment as a transition from a multipolar to a world of
Cold War bipolarity.
But the implosion and fall of the Soviet Union in 1998 and the
collapse of the Soviet empire left the U.S. as the sole, uncontested
superpower in a new unipolar world. The most vivid expression
of these dream was the infamous report “Rebuilding America's
Defenses: Strategies, Forces, and Resources For a New Century,”
a sort of new Mein Kampf produced by the madmen of the Project
for the New American Century. Not by chance, most of them were
Former national-security adviser Brent Scowcroft, a proud PNAC
and CFR member, declared at the time that the United States found
itself “standing alone at the height of power. It was, it
is, an unparalleled situation in history, one which presents us
with the rarest opportunity to shape the world.” He
didn’t say, though, that it was an opportunity to shape
the world into the New Gay World Order conceived by the CFR conspirators.
But the conspirators’ dream of a unipolar world under their
full control was conceived way before the PNAC’s imperialist
manifesto. As early as 1992, way before the fall of the Soviet
Union, Under Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz and his deputy
Scooter Libby, both of them trusted CFR agents, authored the produced
the Defense Planning Guidance for the 1994-1999 fiscal years,
later known as the Wolfowitz Doctrine.
Not intended for public release, it was leaked to the New York
Times on March 7, 1992, and sparked a public controversy about
U.S. foreign and defense policy. The document was widely criticized
as imperialist as the document outlined a policy of unilateralism
and pre-emptive military action to suppress potential threats
from other nations and prevent any other nation from rising to
Such was the public’s outcry that the document was hastily
re-written under the close supervision of U.S. Secretary of Defense
Dick Cheney (CFR) and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Colin
Powell (CFR) before being officially released on April 16, 1992.
Many of its tenets re-emerged in the Bush Doctrine, which was
described by Senator Edward M. Kennedy (not a CFR member) as “a
call for 21st century American imperialism that no other nation
can or should accept.”
Now, given the fact that all the people involved in the promotion
of a new unipolar world of uncontested U.S. imperialism were CFR
agents, one can safely infer that both the PNAC’s and the
Wolfowitz doctrine were concoctions developed at the secret CFR
conciliabula, and behind them was the hands of their true masters,
Nevertheless, seizing the opportunity of the fall of the Soviet
empire, the globalist conspirators brought most of the former
Warsaw Pact nations into NATO and encouraged the spread of “market”
economies and “democratic” institutions —
all of them under their control— throughout the former communist
Even more, not only have the CFR conspirators who control the
U. S. have pushed most of the world under the control of institutions
largely made in America by the conspirators themselves (the UN,
the World Bank, the IMF, and the GATT), they have retained the
lion’s share in these arrangements. As expected, these institutions
have proved to be disastrous to the world.
But the “unipolar moment” was short-lived. The losers
of the Cold War, China and Russia, got a second wind and it resulted
in the present era of a multipolar global system with several
unequal great (nuclear) powers — a quite different outcome
from what the CFR conspirators had in their feverish minds.
Back to square one.
Now, even if these bullies were pro-imperialist American patriots
of the Teddy Roosevelt style, their imperialist dreams and actions
would be objectionable. But no. These neo-imperialists bullies
are not patriots. Proof of it is that all of them belong to the
Council on Foreign Relations, an organization that for more than
half a century has been promoting the idea of abolishing the Constitution
and eliminating U.S. sovereignty.
The true, secret goal of the CFR bullies and their masters
is to use the U.S. armed forces to impose the neo-slavery of the
New Gay World Order upon America and the rest of the world. They
are not American patriots by any stretch of the imagination. They
are traitors of the worst kind.
