If one is to believe dumb Democrats, the recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have been about war-for-oil and capitalist greed. According to stupid Republicans, however, they have been war-for-national-security. (Actually, they have been war-for-no-oil and monopolist evil, and wars for-national-insecurity, but this I’ll explain in detail in another article.) But even the most creative disinformers of both branches of the Repucratic Party, are at pains looking for a plausible explanation to the current war against Libya to feed it to gullible Americans of both sides of the Repucratic coin. Listening to professional disinformers like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and their counterparts at the NPR, as well as reading the New York Times or the Huffington Post, one senses the disarray among the disinformers – to the point that they prefer to discuss Donald Trump’s presidential intentions rather than the current U.S. war against Libya. But I don’t blame them. I understand that trying to decode terminology like “kinetic military action,” “time-limited, scope-limited military action” and other creative euphemisms to a growing angry and skeptic American people is not an easy task. Moreover, it is very difficult to explain the fact that Ayman al-Zawahri (Osama bin Laden’s second-in-command) and his Al Qaeda rebels now “spontaneously” fighting Qaddafi have transmogrified into the good guys. Aren’t they the same bad Al Qaeda terrorists fighting the U.S. Army in Afghanistan? Granted, Qaddafi is an authoritarian dictator. No doubts about that. But he is not too different from Batista, Trujillo or Somoza, who for many years enjoyed the friendship and support of the people who control the U.S. government. Unfortunately for him, Qaddafi chose to be his own man, not a puppet of the NWO conspirators. Nevertheless, of late, Qaddafi has been behaving in a sort of civilized manner, nationally and internationally. It is true that the Libyan people’s freedom is limited, but Cubans under Castro’s totalitarian rule have much less freedom, and they would only dream of having for a day with the freedom and economic prosperity enjoyed by the Libyan people -- and no action to depose Castro is in the White House’s plans. Consequently, only the most brainwashed Americans who believe any cock-and-bull story told by the U.S. government -- provided their faction of the Repucratic Party is in the White House -- can believe that the action against Qaddafi was motivated by “humanitarian concerns” or to “avoid a massacre in Libya.” Even more farfetched is Obama’s attributed “doctrine” (most, if not all, American president’s doctrines actually have been written at the Council on Foreign Relations) of the U.S.’ responsibility to help peoples in distress. Therefore, why Libya? Why Qaddafi? In order to understand this war you need first to understand some other things about America today. In the first place, the U.S. government no longer represents the American people, but an oligarchy of oil magnates, Wall Street bankers and CEOs of transnational corporations. Secondly, these people don’t see themselves as Americans anymore, but as globalists, and they don’t care for this country. Thirdly, they have been working hard conspiring behind the curtains to destroy the U.S. sovereignty and implement a global government under their control they call the New World Order. Fourthly, they see the rest of us as useless eaters who are consuming the planet’s resources that by right belong to them. Their openly expressed plan is to reduce by any means necessary the world’s population by killing no less than 85 percent of us and reduce the survivors to pre-industrial levels of consumption. In synthesis, their goal is depopulation and deindustrialization. Industrial civilization is mostly based on the consumption of oil, and this is why all the recent wars, like the war in Iraq, have resulted in less oil production. The immediate consequence has been increasing oil prices and the reduction of the standard of living of the masses. Since the beginning of the past century, oil magnates created a cartel (a sort of hypermonopoly) to fully control all oil reserves around the planet, and put some of them out of exploitation. To avoid that the Russian Czars exploited the newly found oil reserves in Baku, they staged the artificial revolution in Russia and put the country in communist hibernation for sixty long years. Nevertheless, some years ago, the New World Order conspirators reached the conclusion that, very soon, oil will be displaced as the Earth’s most valuable resource. This resource will be pure, sweet drinking water. Of course, water is an abundant resource, and there is enough water on this planet to satisfy the needs of many times the current levels of population. But, exactly as they did with oil, another abundant resource, they plan to make drinking water artificially scarce, by having control over its main sources. And they have already taken concrete steps to guarantee the success of their plans for a thirsty planet. In 1985, Maurice Strong, a Canadian billionaire and Rockefeller secret agent, bought the Baca Grande 100,000 acre ranch in southern Colorado. Just by chance, because Strong claims that he didn’t know it when he bought the property, the Baca Grande ranch sits on top of one of the world’s largest underground reservoirs of pure water. The aquifer contains close to three-quadrillion liters of water -- 148,000,000,000 cubic meters of it. Some years later, Strong sold the ranch to Gary Boyce, and it is now owned by the Nature Conservancy -- which, in the name of protecting the environment, guarantees that the water will always be out of reach of the American people. In 1992, Strong was Secretary-General of the important UN Conference on “Environment and Development” in Rio de Janeiro. As a CFR member, he helped to write the draft and pushed into acceptation “The Earth Charter” and “Agenda 21,” both of which were adopted at the 1992 Rio Summit. Like most of these types of documents, Agenda 21 purports to protect the environment, but it is actually a tool to maintain control of natural resources for the benefit of a small group of extremely rich individuals who conspire behind our backs to establish what they call the New World Order. But Strong is not alone. In late 2006, while still in the White House, CFR member George W. Bush bought a 98,840 acre ranch in the northern Chaco region of Paraguay. Though the news was all over the South American press, it passed unreported by the U.S. mainstream press, despite the fact that Bush’s daughter, Jenna, flew to Paraguay under cover of a 10-day UNICEF trip, allegedly to visit child welfare projects. During the visit, she paid a secret visit to Paraguay’s president Nicanor Duarte to get his approval to the land deal on behalf of the Bush family. The land sits atop of the Guaraní aquifer, the largest natural deposit of fresh water in South America, and one of the largest in the world. It has been calculated that the huge underground reservoir could supply free drinking water to the whole world for 200 years. The ranch is protected by a secret U.S. military base manned by American troops ready to serve and protect the interests of the NWO conspirators. Now, back to Libya. In the 1960s, while performing oil exploration deep in the southern Libyan desert, Libyan geologists discovered four huge fresh water reservoirs that had been kept untouched by man for millennia. It was calculated that these vast reserves contain close to 35,000 cubic kilometers of pure drinking water -- most likely, the largest aquifer on the African continent. Muammar al-Qaddafi may be an authoritarian dictator, but, contrary to the American NWO conspirators, he does not want to destroy his country. So, he ordered a series of scientific studies on the possibility of accessing this vast ocean of fresh water and bringing it to the Libyan people, mostly concentrated on the northern coastal areas of the country. To this effect, in late 1983, Qaddafi created the Great Man-Made River Authority, whose job was taking water from the aquifers in the south, and bringing it in the most efficient and economic way to the Libyan coastal belt. The amount of water was so huge that he offered to share it with some of the neighboring countries, particularly Egypt. As he publicly expressed, Qaddafi’s goal was to use the water mostly for irrigation. This would turn Libya into a country of agricultural abundance, with the capability of producing food and water for Libya’s needs and its close neighbors. Of course, this goes contrary to the plans the NWO conspirators have carefully crafted for the rest of us. An action was in order. In 1996, the Great Man-Made River Project reached one of its final stages, and a huge amount of sweet, unpolluted water began reaching the homes and gardens of the citizens of Libya’s capital Tripoli. Five years before, in August 1991, a gala ceremony took place to inaugurate Phase I of the project. Dozens of Arab leaders, among them Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, King Hassan of Morocco, the head of Sudan, Gen. Omar El Beshir, and Djibouti’s President Hassan Julied, joined Qadaffi for the celebration. In his celebration speech, Qaddafi said: “After this achievement, American threats against Libya will double…. The United States will make excuses, [but] the real reason is to stop this achievement, to keep the people of Libya oppressed.” At the time, Qaddafi’s words may have sounded like incendiary, but empty rhetoric for the sole consumption of the crowds.
